Ligia Orellana, Anxiety Therapy in Los Angeles

I am passionate about my work with first generation adults who are wanting to to learn more about how to navigate their internal emotional world and live more unapologetically asserting their emotional needs. It is the “A-ha” moments and emotional growth that clients allow me to witness that has led me to specialize in anxiety and relational work as a therapist. To be able to provide these services for my community to help break intergenerational patterns.

Take Control of Your Anxiety with a Trusted Latinx Therapist.

I offer 50-minute sessions for $150 to clients and see them weekly or biweekly, dependent on their primary concerns they are coming into therapy. This means I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide you a special receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement of a portion of the fee. My focus is on providing you quality care and great outcomes, not on insurance billing.
