During the beginning of our time together, we explore past and present situations in how they have impacted you emotionally, mentally, physically. We explore your family and relationships throughout your life in order to find common threads and mental road blocks. We will find the right tools that fit your unique needs possibly through worksheets, writing prompts, and/or in session exercises.

We meet on a weekly basis in order to begin our work intensely with one another and as your journey progresses this may change. Some sessions will feel light, and other sessions will feel heavier as we dig deeper into your unique mental road blocks. We will always work at your pace and I will meet you where you are at in the beginning of the session, at the end of session, and throughout our work together.

My clients learn how to move through fearful situations and have a greater grasp on their needs and wants. They are able to integrate tools into their daily life that help them navigate their lives with confidence. They are able to grow within their relationships with others and themselves. You will begin to make insightful choices for yourself on your own terms and not second guess them.
