I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and I help you get to know your authentic self, unapologetically. We work together exploring concerns around imbalances you have been experiencing that brings you into therapy. We will identify the common thread and make connections from your childhood to adulthood. Through understanding your story as an individual- your beliefs, values, and relationships that have shaped you. Tapping into how fear and anxiety has overtaken your life.
At the end of our time together; you feel more confident in making authentic and affirming choices, gain control of symptoms, and struggle less with worried thoughts around your relationship with yourself and others.
